OnlyAutomator: AI CRM for Creator Revenue

OnlyAutomator Platform

Creators on subscription platforms spend a significant share of their time managing conversations manually. OnlyAutomator removes that overhead by automating the communication workflows that drive revenue, so creators spend time on content creation, not inbox management.

The platform is not a chatbot that sends generic responses. It is a CRM that understands conversation context, identifies revenue opportunities, and automates the follow-through, with controls that let the creator stay in the loop where it matters.

The Technical Challenge

Creator platforms expose limited and inconsistently structured APIs. Building a reliable system that ingests conversation data, maintains context across threads, and fires automation at the right moment, without crossing into spam behavior, required careful state management and rate-aware processing.

We built a queuing layer that batched API interactions within platform limits while keeping the automation responsive from the creator's perspective. The AI component used conversation history as context for every automated message, which kept the tone appropriate and reduced the drop-off that generic automation typically produces.
